About
I was always drawn to things you can see working. As a teenager I assembled cassette decks with my friend Yeshwanth, saw my first computer at Vamshi Krishna's place, and wrote my first print() in C with help from my brother's friend. That was the start.
I began close to the machines, keeping systems running. That taught me to design for the people who run things. Since then I have moved between architecture, product management and DevOps, and today I work on agentic AI. Every role used something from the one before, like a comb with many teeth.
I am honestly a lazy project manager. I dislike repetitive work and long email threads, and that laziness keeps pushing me to find faster ways. Today agents do much of the boring work, and I answer questions and approve.
I am an Indian living in Switzerland, with more than 20 years in IT. This blog is where I keep my thoughts, some about work and some about life.
